An Alliance man has been ordered to serve three years in prison following his conviction of Third Offense Driving While Intoxicated.
42-year-old Casey Grimes also was convicted of transporting a child while being intoxicated. He was ordered to serve an additional one year for that crime.
Alliance police arrested Grimes on October 22, 2025 while driving westbound on Third Street near the Maverick Convenience Store.
Grimes was transporting a 10-year-old boy at the time of the arrest.
