The United Way Alliance Movie Night is coming in late July to the Alliance Sandhills Drive-In. United Way of Western Nebraska Executive Director Karen Benzel discussed the upcoming event with Panhandle Post on Monday. "This is our third year doing the United Way Movie Night, and we have a fantastic movie in store for everyone that joins us that night."
The movie that night will be Top Gun Maverick, and it will be free and open to the public with free will donations. Gates will open at approximately 7:45 pm on Friday July 28, and the show will start at dusk which is estimated to be at 8:30. All who attend the event at Sandhills Drive in that evening will also be receiving a snack and drink voucher provided by the Santee Sioux Nation of Care program.
