The Scottsbluff Police Department issued a statement on Wednesday that they are investigating a rash of thefts from motor vehicles in Scottsbluff.
Scottsbluff Police Department Operations Captain Lance L. Kite says the thefts have taken place generally in the Westmoor area of Scottsbluff in the late night and early morning hours.
Scottsbluff police wants to remind citizens to remove valuables from inside your vehicles and to lock car doors.
Citizens are encouraged to report suspicious people to the Comm. Center at 308-632-7176 and if you have video of suspects, please contact Scottsbluff Police so they can collect the video.
