The scam email requests for you to verify your contact information is accurate with a link to check energy savings status. This is a scam.
Please do not click the link in the email or reply providing personal identifiable information.
The City of Alliance Utility department is not sending emails to offer savings or verify your contact information.
If you are ever unsure about the validity of a phone call or email asking for Personal Identifiable Information, please call the direct number to the Alliance Utility Department (308) 762-5075.
If you have fallen victim to this scam, please contact the Non-Emergency Police Department line at (308) 762-4955 to file a report.
