Chadron residents, the situation of a person with a gun that was on C Hill south of the college has been resolved.
The male subject is in custody. No one was injured throughout the incident.
All residents can end the home sheltering and resume your evening.

Law enforcement assets in Chadron are looking for an armed gunman in the C hill area of Chadron.
Nebraska State Patrol is asking all residents to shelter in place and lock your doors until the situation can be resolved. Another message will follow clearing the shelter in place when the situation is resolved.
