By ALEX BENZEGALA&nbsp; Panhandle Post The trial of a Chadron man who is accused of being responsible for the death of his infant continues today in Dawes County District Court.

27-year-old Riley Lenhart is facing charges of Intentional Child Abuse Resulting in Death. 14 witnesses have been subpoenaed to testify in the case. 

The Child was found unresponsive on June 19, 2022, while Lenhart allegedly was taking care of the young girl. She was pronounced dead at a local hospital.&nbsp;

Lenhart faces a minimum of 20 years in prison with a maximum of life in prison if convicted.
