Inmate Missing from Community Corrections Facility

LINCOLN, Neb. – Authorities have been notified about an inmate missing from the Community Corrections Center – Lincoln (CCC-L). Sarah Mangloack left her work detail position in Lincoln this afternoon and did not return to CCC-L.

Mangloack started her sentence on Sept. 26, 2025. She was sentenced to three years out of Lancaster County for terrorist threats. She has a tentative release date of Oct. 14, 2026.

Mangloack is a 25-year-old female, 5-foot-8, 170 lbs with brown eyes and brown hair. Anyone with knowledge of her whereabouts is asked to contact local authorities or the Nebraska State Patrol.

CCC-L is one of two community custody facilities operated by NDCS. Community custody is the lowest custody level and the least restrictive facility. Inmates are allowed to participate in work opportunities, attend school and religious services with prior approval and without direct supervision.
