Northern Panhandle could see 2-feet of snow, Winter Storm Watch in effect

A Winter Storm Watch is in effect starting early Friday morning.

This will be a long duration winter storm that will linger through late Sunday night.

The heaviest snowfall is expected to fall early Saturday morning and continue through early Sunday morning with blowing and drifting snow likely.
