ALLIANCE, Neb. – The Alliance Landfill will be temporarily closed today, Thursday, April 16 due to unscheduled computer system issues.

During this time, access to the landfill will be inaccessible to the public until further notice while technical issues are addressed and service can be restored.

Residents and customers are encouraged to call ahead of time to confirm operating hours prior to visiting the facility once operations resume.

The City appreciates the public’s patience and understanding during this unplanned interruption and is working to restore normal operations as quickly as possible.
