The Alliance Rec Center will be expanding some of their youth programs this year, and Program Director for Sports &amp; Recreation Emily Stein explains what some of those are. 

"For our youth programs, we are expanding some of our age groups, so for cheer instead of going through 2nd grade we are actually going all the way to 5th," Stein said. "Same with football, we're going to 6th grade, so we're excited for that."

Executive Director Mara Anderson says there is a special addition in programs, as they&nbsp; will be adding youth soccer for the first time.&nbsp; "That's been a long time coming," Anderson said. "We've been asked over and over again about taking on soccer and Emily put her foot down and said "we're doing it."
