The annual Alliance Chamber of Commerce awards banquet was held Tuesday at the West Side Events Center.  Those honored include:

Friend of Alliance: The Late Todd Harris.

Farmer/Rancher of the Year: Doug Henderson Family.

Small Business of the Year: Vintage Expresso.

Outstanding Business: Black Hills Energy.

Community Investment: West Side Events Center.

Community Compassion: Alliance Police Department.
