NSP Investigating Death in Rural Adams County

HASTINGS, Neb.  — The Nebraska State Patrol is investigating a death that occurred Tuesday in Adams County.

Tuesday morning, NSP was notified that a person had been found unresponsive in a ditch in rural Adams County, just north of Highway 6, west of Juniata. The person’s pickup was nearby. A trooper responded and discovered that the person was deceased.

NSP investigators were called in to investigate the death. The deceased person has been identified as Jeremy Trausch, 44-years-old, of Roseland.

The cause of death remains under investigation. Anyone with information about this case is asked to call NSP Troop C investigators at 308-395-3713.
