Some Sandhills residents who receive their electricity from Custer Public Power District (CPPD) will be without power temporarily on Friday.
CPPD announced that residents in Seneca and Mullen who receive their service from CPPD will be without power on March 12 beginning at 2:00 pm. The outage is expected to last approximately two hours.
The planned outage is due to work being done on the transmission line, according to CPPD.
