An Alliance man is facing multiple drug charges in Scottsbluff County, court records show.
Ruben J. Mendez faces a charge of Distribution of Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine a Class 1C Felony.
The charges stem from incidents in 2021.
The second charge against Mendez is also a Possession of a controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, more than 14o grams. That is a Class IB Felony.
The case has not yet been bounded to District Court according to court documents, and the preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 2 in the County Court.
