LINCOLN, Neb. – Daniel Dak, 33-years-old, died yesterday at the Reception and Treatment Center.
Dak’s sentence began on Oct. 26, 2011. He was serving an 18 to 36-year sentence for robbery and use of a firearm to commit felony out of Lancaster County.
As is the case whenever an inmate dies in the custody of the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services (NDCS), a grand jury will conduct an investigation.
