The Upper Niobrara White Natural Resources District has been serving over 4.5 million acres in Northwest Nebraska since 1972.
We spoke with Upper Niobrara White Natural Resources District Conservation Programs Coordinator Kylen Armstrong about what the resources district does and the areas they cover in the Panhandle.
We also talked about the programs that they have including conservation tree sales, water testing, monitoring groundwater levels and their involvement in public education.
