CRAWFORD, Neb. (Panhandle Post) — The hunt is officially on.
Heritage Seed and Feed in Crawford has released the first clue in its "Seek the Seed" treasure hunt, giving participants their first glimpse into the location of a Golden Seed worth $500.
According to Clue No. 1, the treasure lies somewhere within Dawes County.
The clue reads: "In a county where ranchers rise early, where cattle outnumber people, and where the spirit of the Old West still runs strong, the Golden Seed awaits."
Additional clues will be released weekly as the mystery unfolds. Treasure hunters are encouraged to listen closely to Jason Says on Double Q Country 97.5FM and watch Panhandle Post for updates and new clues.
