Cathryn Sue Spath, 73 of Scottsbluff, formerly of Hemingford, Nebraska passed away peacefully Thursday, March 27, 2025, at Monument Rehab and Care Center in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date at the Hemingford Cemetery, Hemingford, Nebraska. At her request, cremation has taken place. Fond memories and condolences may be left at www.dugankramer.com. Dugan Kramer Funeral Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
Cathryn was born on October 31, 1951, in Alliance, Nebraska to George LaMar and Ann (Hansen) Johnson. She graduated from Hemingford High School.
She married Marvin Spath on November 28, 1971, in Hemingford and to this union two sons were born Clint and Casey. They later divorced.
Cathryn was a member of the Methodist Church. She enjoyed crafting and loved her family very much and will be sadly missed.
Survivors include her son Clint (Bette) Spath and grandsons Brandt and Braden and son Casey (Brenda) Spath and sister Carol (John) Hennings and family.
Cathryn was preceded in death by her parents LaMar and Ann Johnson.
