On Jan. 15 at 7:10 p.m., multiple agencies responded to a report of an accident involving a pickup and a horse trailer at the intersection of County Road G and County Road 20, northwest of Scottsbluff.

The vehicle slid off the road as it was making a turn.

The pickup was tipped on the passenger side, but the horse trailer remained upright.

"Four of the five passengers were transported to Regional West Medical Center," Scotts Bluff County Sheriff Mark Overman said. "None of the injuries were deemed life threatening."

The driver, 36-year-old Sy Case of Wheatland, WY was arrested for driving under the influence.

The Nebraska State Patrol, Mitchell Fire Department, Scottsbluff Rural Fire Department, and three Valley Ambulance units responded to the accident.
