Alliance, NE – Starting yesterday, June 2nd Black Hills Energy will be performing gas line repairs in the 500 block alley between Missouri and Yellowstone Avenue. 

The repairs require concrete to be poured, which will limit alley access. To limit disruption, the steel dumpsters will be placed at the ends of the alley for use.
