Northwest Community Action Partnership(NCAP) names Brooke Smith as new Chief Executive Officer.
Northwest Community Action Partnership announced today that Brooke Smith has been hired as the new Chief Executive Officer. Brooke begins as CEO after serving the agency as their Human Resource Director for the past four and a half years. Brooke assumed responsibilities on September 7, 2022.
Prior to joining NCAP Brooke served as the Director of the Chadron Chamber of Commerce, a Service Manager for Wells Fargo, and has a variety of leadership experiences, and a background of service. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Colorado State University. Brooke succeeds Karen Eisenbarth who retired in June 2022.
“Brooke's excitement and enthusiasm to build the program was instrumental in the decision to hire her as CEO," said Jake Stewart, President of the NCAP Board. “We have confidence that the organization will thrive under her leadership.”

Northwest Community Action is dedicated to helping those in need and alleviating poverty. Its four main programs dedicated to accomplishing this mission are Head Start, Weatherization, Community Services and the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP).
