Northwestern Scotts Bluff County in the Panhandle of Nebraska...

South central Sioux County in the Panhandle of Nebraska...

* Until 400 PM MDT.

* At 324 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado

was located over Morrill, or 13 miles west of Scottsbluff, moving

northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and softball size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without

shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.

Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree

damage is likely.
