The Alliance Lions Club drew the winners of their annual Grocery Kart Shopping Spree raffle at its regular meeting on Wednesday, November 1, 2023.
The first-place winner gets three minutes to fill as many shopping carts as they can with any groceries they want, with certain limits. The winner may take only four of any given item and may not take any alcohol, tobacco, or meat. The winner receives a $50 meat certificate at the conclusion of the run.
This year’s winner is Courtney Svoboda.
The second-place winner of a $50 gift certificate is Jeff Stephens. The third-place winner of a turkey is Terry Curtiss.
Mrs. Svoboda will be making her three minute run this Saturday, November 4 at 8:00 AM. Come to Grocery Kart and cheer her on!
