On Tuesday September 19, Nebraska State Poet Matt Mason will be providing a poet workshop and reading at 5:30 p.m. at the Knight Museum and Sandhills Center in Alliance.
The workshop will provide promts and excercises whil assisting attendees on their writing and poems.
There will be a poetry reading portion of the event at 7 p.m. that will include readings from Mason's writings and poems. Mason is a poet based out of Omaha and has published eight chapbooks; two full length poetry works and two anthologies.
