Margaret Salisbury passed away November 14, 2023 at Highland Park Care Center in Alliance, Nebraska.
She was born to Bennett and Frieda (Pfisterer) Robins in Rushville, Nebraska on May 2, 1925. She spent her childhood at the family ranch along with siblings, Hope, Clifford and Leonard.
After graduating from high school she ventured to Denver, Colorado where she worked in a munitions factory until the end of WWIL She married Robert G. Whaley and to this union daughter, Gloria Jean was born. After her divorce she and Gloria returned to the family ranch. She married Stanley D. Hulquist in Alliance, Nebraska and to this union sons Michael D. and Richard L. were born. After her divorce from Stanley she married Dwight Salisbury. They were married 20 years until his death. She was also preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Hope Tryon, and her brothers, Clifford Robins and Leonard Robins. Margaret enjoyed crafts and knitting gifts for others. She was especially grateful for the care she received from the staff at Highland Park.
Surviving her are children, Gloria Clark (Edward), Michael Hulquist (Joyce) and Richard Hulquist, her grandchildren, Christine, Angela, Brian, Kevin and Seth and her 5 great- grandchildren.
