An inmate who went missing from the Community Corrections Center – Lincoln (CCC-L) has been arrested by the Lincoln Police Department. Sarah Mangloack was taken into custody Feb. 6, 2026, and booked into the Lancaster County Jail.
Mangloack went missing on Feb. 5, 2026, when she left her work detail position in Lincoln and did not return to CCC-L. She started her sentence on Sept. 26, 2025. She was sentenced to three years out of Lancaster County for terrorist threats.
CCC-L is one of two community custody facilities operated by NDCS. Community custody is the lowest custody level and the least restrictive facility. Inmates are allowed to participate in work opportunities, attend school and religious services with prior approval and without direct supervision.
