On May 3, 2025 at 8:36 pm, Officers received a report of a disturbance involving a firearm in the 600 Block of East 11th Street.
After investigation at the scene, Adrian Cross, 18, of Scottsbluff, was arrested for Terrorist Threats and Minor in Possession Alcohol.
Victim statements advised Cross pulled what appeared to be a handgun from his waist band and pointed at multiple people. Cross was described to make statements of shooting people at the scene. A physical altercation ensued where the handgun was taken from Cross. A CO2 handgun was collected from the scene and was identified to be the weapon Cross used in the incident.
Minor injuries were reported by Cross and one victim for scrapes and scratches from the physical altercation.
Scottsbluff Officers were assisted by Scotts Bluff County Sheriff Office, Scottsbluff Fire, and Regional West Ambulance.
