Chadron Nebraska — Northwest Community Action Partnership’s (NCAP) Head Start program hosted District 43 Legislature candidate, Tanya Storer, at our Head Start School in Chadron last week. The children enjoyed having story time with her, participating in a shaving cream activity and even having a group photo taken. Head Start Director, Jennifer Sorenson, along with NCAP CEO, Brooke Smith, visited with Storer about Head Start and the impact it has on the local families we serve.
