"Caitlin, our daughter, had worked with the previous owner for four and a half years. It was coming up for sale and she suggested we come and look. We fell in love with the building and the operation. We knew we could add some things and enhance customer experience...and try and reach out to not just local folks, but people regionally."&nbsp;Feddersen said they're also targeting people traveling through the Dawes County area. He said they're building a foundation in downtown Chadron for everybody.&nbsp;The Feddersen family got the news about being on the "10 Must-Try Nebraska Restaurants" Christmas morning.&nbsp;"We had Christmas here and had our family in.
